Yentl van Gilst
Yentl honed her culinary finesse in several Michelin-starred restaurants, such as 't Amsterdammertje, De Nederlanden, De Burgemeester & Latour. In 2019, together with her then-chef, she won Bocuse d’Or and later competed on the European stage under the national flag. In 2026, she won the HANOS Gouden Koksmuts during Horecava.
Yentl has now been the owner of Glans Chocolade for several years, where her artisanal chocolates are the main focus.
Thom Spruijt
Thom, a connoisseur in daily life, earned his culinary finesse in his own kitchen. Thom prefers to cook as elaborately as possible, gathering all sorts of ingredients to amaze friends & family with his dishes. The idea for this culinary venture also originated during family dinners, and to this day, that's where new ideas continue to bubble up.
Fjodor van Gilst
Fjodor developed his love for hospitality while working on the restaurant floor. He did this for years with great pleasure and attention to quality. After working in an office for years, he followed his heart again and is now back on the floor. With his hospitality, he can't wait to continue providing surprising taste experiences together with his family.
